The 10 or Less Film Festival, formerly known as the Portland International Short Short Film Festival, is a showcase of independent and underground short cinema from around the world. 10 Fest encourages international independent filmmakers to submit their shorts, and each year we strive to develop a program that represents the best in contemporary underground short films.

Previously known as the Portland International Short Short Film Festival, sourAPPLE has coordinated the festival since 2005. Films screened in the past have run the gamut of themes and styles—from the dark and avant-garde to the hilariously absurd—with the only common thread among them being running time: ten minutes or less.

The 10 or Less Film Festival is produced in partnership with Film Action Oregon.
